Accessibility Statement
Lucky7TreeServicesInc wants every customer in the San Gabriel Valley to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or captions.
If something on this site does not work for you
Please tell us, and we will help you directly and fix the problem. You do not need to explain the technical detail — just tell us what you were trying to do. We aim to respond within two business days, and we can take any request by phone that the website would normally handle, including booking a free estimate. Se habla español.
Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the standard most commonly referenced for public websites in the United States.
Our most recent review found the site to be substantially conformant with that standard. This assessment is self-evaluated — it has not been audited or certified by an outside organisation, and we have not yet tested with every screen reader in common use.
What we have done
- Every photograph carries a text description for screen readers.
- The whole site can be operated with a keyboard alone, including the photo gallery and its enlarged view, with a clearly visible outline showing where you are.
- A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing keyboard users reach, so the navigation can be bypassed.
- Text and background colours were chosen to meet the contrast levels the guidelines require, and the site's colour palette was rebuilt for this reason.
- The site responds to your device's “reduce motion” setting by switching off animation, and the background video in the header can be paused.
- Every form field has a visible label, and form errors are announced to screen readers rather than shown only by colour.
- Headings, lists and landmarks are marked up so a screen reader can navigate the page by structure.
- The page reflows to a single readable column on small screens and at high zoom.
Known limitations
We are being straightforward about the gaps we know of:
- Some gallery photo descriptions are brief and describe the type of work rather than every detail of the scene.
- The contact form is delivered by a third-party service (Formspree), and the Yelp page we link to is outside our control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of services we do not run.
- We have not yet completed testing with assistive technology on every browser and device combination.

How we test
This site is a single page built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and it is designed to remain readable if JavaScript does not load. We check it using automated accessibility testing (axe-core) together with manual keyboard navigation and colour-contrast measurement in Google Chrome.
